The Wall House Restaurant
“A diverse menu offers something irresistible for everyone, accompanied by an eclectic choice of fine wines. “
Owned by Bernard and Julien Tatin, the Wall House Restaurant is located in Gustavia, St. Barts in the French West Indies.
The Wall House’s menu infuses French cooking with favorite Asian and American cuisines. Featured menu items include :
Lemongrass-skewered local Mahi-Mahi marinated in citrus fruit and served with sautéed leeks and Fresh Local Lobster served with a potato purée and a mesclun salad.
The restaurant also prides itself on its selection of fine steaks like the Chateaubriand (a filet mignon cooked on a rotisserie) and the Bone in Rib Eye with a whisky signature marinade.
The restaurant embraces culinary traditions that began when Bernard first took over the establishment, serving patrons exquisite desserts from its famous dessert trolley, helping them pair their meals with wines from its extensive wine list of more than 250 wines, and offing a complimentary glass of its Homemade Rhum to end the dining experience.
